Hi, I'm Minneline
As a busy mum of three hitting my 30s, I felt stiff, sluggish, and disconnected from my body. I wasn’t into fitness and had no idea how to make time for myself with so much on my plate.
Working with a coach showed me how to move in a way that worked for me, at home and on my own time. I discovered that even simple movement helped ease stiffness, boost energy, and build strength—changing how I felt in my body each day.
Now, I help busy professional women do the same—reclaim their energy, feel strong in their bodies, and build routines that fit into real life. I support clients in going from overwhelmed and exhausted to empowered and energised.

Get Sit Fit is group movement classes that are designed for people who are desk-based and who want to grow in their fitness and flexibility without the expense and time of joining a gym.
It runs 4 days a week at 12:30pm NZ time, and you can join as many sessions a week as you are able to.
Each sessions lasts 20 mins and has options for all fitness levels. Get Sit Fit’s approach values consistency over intensity.
